I hope you always reverence Him duly for His marvelous hand over you. With all these benefits from Him,  There's a king in the Scripture (1 Samuel 15:1-34) Saul by name. This was raised to the top by God but wouldn't continue with the command of God who made him king. This is a sad story, he lost the kingdom. he lost the relationship with God's Spirit, he couldn't be with God again til he died. What a lonely soul!  Samuel asked him why he chose to disobey God, he replied "They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and the oxen, to sacrifice to the LORD, your God and the rest we have utterly destroyed." 1 Samuel 15:15. ???? 1 Corinthians 16:9 All was silence when no man knocked the door. No rumble heard when no one desired ancient gate to be lifted. But on the contrary, as soon as the Son of God demanded an opened door and a lifted gate then we knew the gate and the door had watchers and keepers. A gate and a door are but blockages, to something tangible and worthwhile that must be done immediately the access is gained.          May all the closed gates and shut doors of glory and honor against your life be opened in Jesus' Name. The access must be gained. The sea must part for the children of israel to pass to their promised land. The sea was their closed gate, and the everlasting door must be lifted if they would ever be fulfilled.     May you never be denied access again to your promised land in Jesus' Name.  Most time we misunderstand the oracle of God in a night dream (nightmare), evil prophecy and evil sign. God ordered Jeremiah to bring into written all the evils He's purposed to bring over His people. Jeremiah 36:1-3. And He told Jeremiah that it's not that He chose to do them evil for doing sake but He ordered Jeremiah to write the dooms in a scroll so that at the hearing of the writing they might repent. 1. The evil dream you had last night does not tell of God negligence of your soul but rather to bring you back to Him in repentance.  2. Whatever evil is said of you by anyone or 'prophet' is not to sentence you to a damned end but to have you come back to God. 3. The series of unpalatable events troubling you is to bring you to repentance. Man Misunderstanding causes him to always fight non-existing enemies. God requires of us a detailed reports of how we spent our lives. We are accountants to our Creator. Rulers of people must always be in their right senses for the life of people is in their hand. It is easy to pervert judgement when drunken. God doesn't want man to be under a robotic control of anything, such as alcohol. Man must give report in detail of all his dealings at the end of time. And a man being influenced by drink, food, women, money, properties may lose his senses to take responsibility of his acts. That's why Bible enjoins us to live a moderate life.
